Web Update #2: Review

This evening Chef Paul Yeaple, owner of Poppy's Burgers in New York City, was crowned as the "Chopped Champion" following an intense three rounds of cooking challenges.

After preparing an appetizer of pasta and ratatouille sauce, an entree of beef tenderloin with a chopped eggplant salad, and a desert of pistachio flavored sorbet with french toast, Yeaple was able to beat out all three of his opponents.

As the winner, Yeaple received 10,000 dollars in which he said he will use towards renovations in his restaurant.

Yeaple will return to NYC where he will be able to reign as the champion and carry his title with pride, as he continues to supervise his restaurant staff.
